About Me
Francesca Rome-Marie, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who honed her skills at the prestigious Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. With a rich history as a certified HIV specialist and primary care provider for the LGBTQIA+ community in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, she has always been deeply invested in the human experience and committed to helping others. Her journey into holistic wellness began when she trained as a yoga instructor at the Integral Yoga Institute of New York, where she became the youngest certified instructor at that time.

This practice was built in response to the fragmentation I witnessed, both as a provider and as a patient. Too often, we are treated as symptoms to manage, not as whole people with stories, histories, bodies, and beliefs.
