Even if your main concerns right now are centered around beginning, maintaining, or tapering medications, I will always treat you as a multi-dimensional human being. We will discuss all the options holistically and integratively, and make our plan moving forward cooperatively.

This is for patients who want a caring approach to their medication management with holistic suggestions without a psychotherapy or somatic component.

Sessions typically progress from weekly to once or twice a month.

​

Great therapy is life-changing.

​

I don’t ascribe to a single technique or modality. However, I do believe in compassionate, mindful, trauma-informed and person-centered care often with the integration of somatic approaches.

 

We will discuss what seems right for you and your unique situation during our initial call and meeting. If we feel it could be helpful, medication or other integrative psychiatry treatments could be included in our work together. This is the option to choose if you want to engage with any combination of the modalities I offer.

Sessions are typically weekly.

This service is for people who want specific life advice, and help with goal-setting and accountability.

 

It is not suited for people who want (or need) to delve deeply into their past, and/ or their current emotional states.

 

If you seem to be a better candidate for coaching, I will let you know in our initial call.

The timing of our meetings depends on our goals.
