Supporting Social Justice Advocates
Advocacy and movement work come with deep responsibility, personal sacrifice, and often invisible emotional labour. This space invites you to lay some of that weight down, offering reflection, grounding, and care for those committed to systemic change.
My rates are:
$880 for a 90 min session
$550 for a 60 min session

Mental Health Support for Social Justice Advocates
Advocacy work asks a lot of you. The emotional labour of organising, speaking out, and holding space for others can be energising, but also understandably exhausting. Whether you’re engaged in movement work, community organising, or fighting for systemic change, you may find yourself carrying the weight of responsibility, anger, grief, and resistance all at once.
Many of the advocates I work with come in feeling burnt out, disillusioned, or unsure of how to care for themselves without stepping away from what matters most. This is a space where you don’t have to justify your exhaustion or minimise your hope. You can bring the fullness of your experience, your politics, your questions, your fatigue, and your fire.
A Space to Tend to the Person Doing the Work
I’ve worked with people involved in social justice, public health, education, mutual aid, and community care. My background in feminist philosophy, global cultural studies, and trauma-informed care helps me understand the emotional layers that come with this kind of commitment. We can talk about the weight of being the one others lean on, the internal conflict when systems don’t change fast enough, and the pressure to always keep going.
Our work may include psychotherapy, somatic support, mindfulness practices, or medication when helpful. This is not about becoming less passionate or turning off your activism. It’s about having a place to rest, reflect, and recalibrate so that you can stay connected to your purpose without burning out in the process.
