Mental Health Support for Psychoanalysts
Working as a psychoanalyst means being attuned to the unconscious, to language, to the subtle movements of thought and affect. It also means holding a great deal, often in silence, often alone. You may be seeking a space of your own to reflect, be witnessed, or explore areas of experience that don’t fit easily into the analytic frame.
Some of the psychoanalysts I work with arrive during moments of grief, transition, professional fatigue, or internal conflict. Others are curious about how somatic or integrative approaches might sit alongside—or speak to—their analytic foundations. Whatever brings you here, this is a space where your training is respected, and your interior world is welcomed.
A Space for Depth, Integration, and Renewal
My own background includes years of work within psychoanalytic settings. I’ve been engaged in Lacanian analysis and continue to think alongside those frameworks, while also drawing from somatic practices, mindfulness, and integrative psychiatry. I offer a space that is not supervision, not analysis, but something else: collaborative, steady, and reflective.
Our work can hold complexity without rushing toward solutions. We may explore emotional and relational themes, the body and its signals, the experience of clinical fatigue, or the tension between theory and life. I also understand that seeking care within a shared professional world can come with concerns around privacy and visibility. This space is confidential and protected, in your own internal work, while remaining deeply grounded in the ethics of care you bring to others.
