Mindfulness isn’t about emptying your mind, it’s about coming home to yourself. We make this practice tangible, helping you reduce stress, cultivate presence, and feel more grounded day to day.
My rates are:
$880 for a 90 min session
$550 for a 60 min session

Mindfulness isn’t about achieving calm or emptying your mind, it’s about learning how to stay close to yourself, with care.
At Modern Holistic Psychiatry, I offer mindfulness and meditation as part of our work together. Whether you’re curious about beginning a practice or want to deepen an existing one, we’ll approach it in a way that feels accessible, flexible, and meaningful to you.
A Space to Practice, Integrate, and Reflect
My approach is shaped by years of integrating mindfulness into therapeutic work, particularly with people who felt that traditional therapy alone wasn’t reaching something essential. For many, practising mindfulness and mediation becomes a way of relating differently to themselves, with more patience, clarity, and steadiness.
Mindfulness and meditation can support emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and nervous system grounding. We might explore body-based practices, or guided attention, used gently and only when they feel supportive. These practices can be integrated into our work alongside talk therapy or other approaches and adapted to your life in a way that feels real and manageable.
