My approach is shaped by psychoanalytic thinking, trauma-informed care, and a background in feminist philosophy and global culture. I’ve worked with people who feel out of sync with themselves, people who were told their emotions were too much, too inconvenient, or not welcome. Emotional patterns often carry history, meaning, and protective wisdom. They’re worth understanding.
In our sessions, we might explore how your emotional life intersects with your past, your relationships, and your nervous system. Our work can include psychotherapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, or medication when appropriate. The goal isn’t to manage your emotions, it’s to feel more connected to them, and to yourself.
